What works with no signal, and the one thing that doesn't.
Creating, editing, browsing and previewing a document are all local. Your customer list and price list are on the device. Changes queue up and sync themselves when a network comes back, so a basement godown or a train does not cost you the work.
Issuing needs a connection
Issuing is the moment a document is given its legal serial number, and that number has to be unique and gapless across every device on your account. No counter kept locally on a phone can promise that — two phones offline would confidently produce the same invoice number. So the number is reserved on the server, and that step needs a connection.
Drafts are unlimited and never blocked. With no signal you keep working and issue the moment you have a bar.

There is no iPhone app yet. The web app at app.bahisathi.com runs in Safari on the same account and the same data, so an iPhone in the team is not locked out.
